The ISTC Operations and Planning Branch is focused on providing the educational and training experiences necessary to facilitate the Special Operations Task Group (SOTG) Operations Planning Course, SOTG Tactical Operations Center Course and the Military Assistance (MA) Course.  All of these courses are designed to provide NATO SOF personnel with training in a multinational environment that replicates situations encountered in the conduct of NATO or national SOF operations.
